Coat of arms of Poshekhonye Yaroslavl Governorate

In the center of the shield is a small silver shield with an image of a standing bear holding an axe. Above the coat of arms is text with the date "31st of August 1778" and the name "Yaroslavskogo Namestnichestva". Below the coat of arms is the inscription "Poshekhonye. Yaroslavskoy gubernii. Uyezdny."
